THEPROJECT
One of our most common requests is to make storage units for homes or businesses. These are normally built to fit odd or particular spaces or when customers have specifics wishes for a storage unit.
THEMATERIALS
In this example, we made the storage unit out of birch plywood coated in melamine. This allowed for a clean looking, easy to maintain finish which was perfect for a photo gallery.
THEPROCESS
This cabinet was built to be flat packed and assembled on site using special connection units. This allowed for easy building and assembly without the need for screws or glues.
THEFINISH
Although the finish of this cabinet was determined by the melamine coating the wood, all of the edges were finely sanded and coated in a natural oil. This allowed for a strong contrast to the white surfaces.
