THEMATERIALS

After being given an old writing desk, we realised that it was the perfect size to fit turntables and a DJ mixer

THEPROCESS

Mixing styles and eras of design was our focus with this project. We used black to raise the top of the table and bring an almost architectural element to the classic writing table design

THEFINISH

We restored the desk and turned the desk into the most high-class DJ booth we could imagine. This DJ booth was on display in Berlin Design festival 2021 and currently remains on display in KAOS berlin.
